Our Approach

We have a simple mission at Phoenix Gardens.  Produce wholesome, sustainably grown food for our customers.  We believe in the power of local food systems and their ability to transform communities and the lives of people in them.

Our Story

Phoenix Gardens was started in 2005 birthed by our interest in gardening and growing our own food.  Looking for a way to financially support our hobby, we started selling at the Lawrenceville Farmers Market and, as the saying goes, "the rest is history".
